What to expect when you visit

We are based in Old Carrow House.

It’s a big building that includes the grade-II listed former home of the Colman family and a mid-20th century office building.

Village Orchard East CIC is located in the old part of Carrow House. Our large wooden front door is located near the conservatory (photos below)

Please arrive as close to your session start time as possible and wait by our front door, your practitioner will meet you here and show you to the room.

About Carrow House & your visit

  • Please arrive as close to your session start time as possible and wait by our wooden front door, your practitioner will meet you here at the time of your appointment and show you to the room.

  • At an average walking pace, Norwich train station is a 16 minute walk away.

    A number of Park and Ride routes stop on King Street.

    Buses run from the Norwich bus station (and other bus stops) to Kings Street and Bracondale bus stops, these are a short walk to Carrow House.

  • Yes.

    Free parking is available at Carrow House.

    Drive along the front of the building, go past the glass orangery on your left and through the gates and you will find our car park.

    There are accessible parking spaces at the front of Carrow House, marked with blue badge signage.

  • There is covered parking for bicycles at Carrow House, to the left as you come through the main gate.

  • There are accessible parking spaces at the front of Carrow House, however, please be advised that there are a number of steps and a large staircase between the entrance and our Therapy rooms.
